Delivery of olive oils PHENOLIO and Der Kleine Prinz
Our warehouse, structured according to organic conditions, is located in Cologne, Germany and all our shipments are made via DHL. Orders placed before 12:00 daily will be shipped the same day.
Deliveries to the UK
We offer free DHL standard shipping across the UK for orders over €50. We only charge 5 Euros for orders up to 50 Euros.​

Delivery time within the UK is 3-5 days.
We also offer express DHL for delivery within 2-3 days. If it is available at your address, the option will appear at checkout.

Delivery time

Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery time is 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri) if the order is received before 12:00 p.m. Receipt of an order means receipt of payment. If you order on weekends or public holidays, the delivery time will be extended accordingly.

Please note that we only ship on business days Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.

You can also place your order via DHL Express for an additional fee stated at checkout.

Returns
To request/process the return of an item purchased on phenolio.de, send an email to mail@wunderfoods.de with your order number, contact name and a list of the items you are returning and the reason for the return .

We accept returns in new, unopened condition with tags and original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If you received your item as a gift, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We will then send you additional return instructions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. It may take up to 30 days after receiving the return.
If your refund has not been reflected in your account, please contact your bank.

International sales are final and returns are not accepted.
Clearance Items All clearance items on the sales page are not accepted for returns, exchanges or refunds. When exchanging defective or damaged items, exchange for the same item is possible.
